They take their sweet ass time with it, not sure why, I've received two refunds and I rememeber getting a heads up email saying the transaction was being processed, no time frame, then a completion email afterthefact. You may have to open an account to get the funds, depends on whether you used a CC or bank account to pay for items.
Bottom line is, they bank on the money and earn interest then you finally get $$$
